Applying for a WinnProperties Home
We charge a $40.00 application fee for each individual adult applicant and a
$60.00 application fee for a married couple. We require a copy of two recent pay
stubs and a copy of your driver's license or photo ID along with your
application. Once all necessary documentation has been received by
WinnProperties, and an application fee has been paid, WinnProperites will conduct a credit and criminal background check and verify your
rental history. The lease signing must be scheduled within 14 days of receiving
the deposit.

Anyone with a criminal record. |

Maintenance Responsibilities As stated in our lease, WINNPROPERTIES is responsible for the operation of
your furnace, hot water tank, roof, electric main and meter and water main and
meter. All other maintenance is the responsibility of our tenants. Security Deposits
Security Deposits are requested for each Winn Property home, equal to one
month's rent. Your security deposit may be used by the Landlord to be applied
towards any rent, loss, advertising cost, re-rental fees, etc.
Upon receipt of your security deposit, the home will be removed from the Winn
Properties availability list and reserved as your new rental home. A lease
signing date must be scheduled within 14 days of receiving your security
deposit. It is important to note that a security deposit is non-refundable
should you not be able to fulfill the conditions of occupancy. (If you change
your mind, and decide not to rent the property.)
Pet Security Deposits
Winn Properties welcomes pets in most of our homes. Please call our office at
614-864-9466 to confirm that the home in which you are interested allows pets.
Pet security deposits are requested in addition to your home security deposit
and are as follows:
$350 — Deposit
